Peak performance depends on how you fuel your body. This module explores hydration, energy balance, and meal planning tailored to the dancer’s lifestyle. Using the Te Whare Tapa Whā model of wellbeing, students learn to integrate nutrition into a holistic approach that supports physical stamina, emotional resilience, and long-term health. Weekly meal planning projects help embed functional nutrition as a life skill.
